Above and Beyond
Grant got results straight away, although the product wasnt the best on the market he found buyers on day 1. He guided Tom prior to the house going on the market. Above asking price was offered. Grant was a rock through the whole process, he went above and Beyond to make sure everything went as smooth as possible. Tom had never sold a house before and didnt know the steps or process. Grant stepped up and assisted. I've bought and sold properties in the past and have never had an agent that was more interested in helping both parties through this process. Normally it's been - open house - contract - sold. No offers to assist in the process, no using contacts to view the house, just see who turns up and see what happens. 5 stars for Grant, I highly recommend Grant if you're looking for someone that is in it for the journey with you.
